John Heng, a good freind from Singapore, has recently won a photo contest.

“Link Here”

I am so proud of him. Also he is coming back to Baltimore County Sailing Center for the summer, the place were our love started. I am so excited, I have not seen him in what seems like many years.

Summer of 07: Chink and the Yank Part 2

PS. He makes me call him the Chink as a term of endearment, it is not meant to be mean. Also I am the Yank as in “Yankee.”

So if you dont see my in the Fall I have run away, or rather sailed away.

If we truely have one fear, we are fearless.
If we fear God, then we are fearless to the rest of the world.

American Made

When I come home there is nothing more enjoyable then driving around in my Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. It was born in 1994, in America, and emerged a bright TEAL color (my mother almost divoiced my father when he brought it home).

It is a joy to ride, sturdy as a tank.

Windows down, cig out and diet coke in hand. It feels good to coast and listen to mediocre rock on the radio and appear to the rest of the world as white trash. But my self-esteem is not broken by the jeeps looking down their noses, I get all the beeps from the labor men.

It’s always seperated from its kind. A unique breed. A lasting breed. Only left in the Great GB and other places that once believed in America.
